-Add one spoon turmeric powder to it. After this mix it well.

-Just place a pinch of turmeric on your palm and massage it with the thumb of the other hand for 10-20 seconds. -If turmeric is pure then it will leave yellow marks on your hands.

-Take a jug filled with hot water, then add 1 teaspoon turmeric in it and mix it.
-If turmeric powder settles at the bottom of the jug then turmeric is real, but if it turns dark yellow when mixed with water then throw it away, it is fake turmeric.
